Scenario: Presenting and Negotiating

Two participants will be members of the prime organization which would like to consider ‘Organization Wonderful’ being a Sub on the project;

Three participants will be Organization Wonderful representatives who will meet with the two representatives from The Prime.

You have 10 minutes to prepare your respective representatives:

PRIME – What questions do you want answered? What will be your negotiation posture?

SUB – What do you want to make sure the Prime knows about you? What do you want to know about them?

Observers: Think of 2-3 points of feedback you can provide the Volunteers.

Is this a realistic scenario?

What are the most important skills?

What do you have to know and be able to articulate to be effective?

On a scale of 1-10 where would you place yourselves? Your organization?

What will you do as a result of this exercise, if anything?
