Conclusion

• Pending any new policy measures aimed at significantly improving resource efficiency (targets, product policy, harmonization of instruments…), new resource efficiency business models have been developed and successfully applied to industry

• These models are available and bespoke / no « one fits all » model exist

• In all cases two essential ingredients turned out to be crucial
