“Expressing the sense of congress that the use of offensive military force by a president withoutprior and clear authorization of an Act of Congress constitutes an impeachable high crime andmisdemeanor under Article II, Section 4 of the Constitution,” the resolution states.

Jones introduced his resolution after Obama’s Defense Secretary Leon Panetta and Joint Chiefs ofStaff Chairman Gen. Martin Dempsey told Senator Jeff Sessions during a Senate Armed ServicesCommittee hearing last week that they would seek “international permission” to attack Syria.Congrerss would not be consulted, but merely informed of the decision.

“Our goal would be to seek international permission and we would… come to the Congress andinform you and determine how best to approach this,whether or not we would want to get permissionfrom the Congress – I think those are issues wewould have to discuss as we decide what to do here,”Panetta told Sessions.

“Well, I’m almost breathless about that,” the senatorfrom Alabama replied, “because what I heard you sayis, ‘We’re going to seek international approval, andthen we’ll come and tell the Congress what we mightdo, and we might seek congressional approval.’ AndI just want to say to you that’s a big [deal].”

Panetta said a NATO or United Nations resolutionwould provide the legal basis for using U.S. troops in

military action against Syria.

“They can provide no legal authority. The only legalauthority that is required to deploy the United Statesmilitary is of the Congress and the president and the lawand the Constitution,” Sessions told Panetta.The startling admission led to Rep. Walter Jones, R-N.C.,to introduce “an official resolution calling forimpeachment should Obama take offensive action basedon Panetta’s policy statement, because it would violatethe Constitution,” former U.S. Rep. Tom Tancredo toldWorldNetDaily on Sunday.

Obama’s decision to avoid Congress and violate theConstitution takes on a renewed urgency this week as theUN Security Council meets to discuss the Syria issue.Any UN decision to attack Syria following the failure oftalks with the country’s leader, Bashar al-Assad, over theweekend would be questionable since both Russia and China are opposed to military intervention.In February, Russia and China vetoed a resolution condemning Syria’s clamp down on theopposition.

Assad said over the weekend his government will not negotiate while “armed terrorist groupswere still operating in the country.” The Free Syria Army (FSA) fighting against Assad insideSyria is a creation of NATO. Sources indicate 600 to 1,500 fighters from the Islamic FightingGroup in Libya, now known as al-Qaeda in Libya, are working with the FSA to topple the Assadregime. An Arab League report revealed last month that Mossad, MI6, the CIA, and British SASare in Syria working with the Free Syrian Army and the Syrian National Council.

Syria blames “terrorist gangs” backed by Saudi Arabia and Qatar for much of the violence in thecountry, according to Syrian Information Minister Adnan Mahmoud.

America is losing wealth far faster than anyother nation on earth is. In fact, since themid-1970s there has been a transfer ofwealth of almost 8 trillion dollars from theUnited States to the rest of the world.

Sadly, most Americans have no idea what ishappening. Most of them are completelyunaware that America is being transformedfrom a wealthy nation into a poor nation atbreathtaking speed. Most Americans just assume that America will always have the largesteconomy on earth and will always be the wealthiest nation on the globe. Unfortunately, justbecause something was true in the past does not mean that it will be true in the future. Right now,the United States is bleeding wealth at a pace that is almost unimaginable. Every single month,tens of billions of dollars of wealth is permanently transferred from the American people to therest of the world. That means that the overall economic pie is shrinking. While the rich and thepoor are busy fighting over the distribution of wealth in this country, the size of the pie that theyare dividing up is continually getting smaller. America is poorer than it was last month, and nextmonth it will be even poorer. If this continues, it will result in a complete and total economicnightmare.

Let’s break this down to a real simple example. Imagine that you are playing a game with a wholebunch of people, and you have been chosen to play the role of the United States. So you go standon a giant map of the United States and you are given much more money than anyone else in thegame. However, with each turn 50 billion dollars is taken out of your pile of money and is givento the other players.

What is going to happen eventually?

Yes, that is right – you are going to run out of money at some point.

In order to continue playing you will need to borrow more money from the other players or youwill need to print up some more money.

Does that sound familiar?

In January, the U.S. trade deficit with the rest of the world hit 52.6 billion dollars.

That means that we bought 52.6 billion dollars more stuff from the rest of the world than they

bought from us.

That 52.6 billion dollars is gone and it is not coming back. Next month another 50 billion dollarswill leave the country.

Are you starting to get the picture?

Imagine a giant hourglass filled with dollar bills. Dollars are pouring out of the United States andinto the pockets of foreigners at a pace that is absolutely astounding.

In 2011, the U.S. trade deficit with the rest of the world was about 560 billion dollars.

We have a trade imbalance that is more than 5 times larger than any other nation on earth has.That means that we are getting poorer at a far faster rate than anyone else is.

Most of the money that we spend does not even do any lasting good.

For example, a huge chunk of our trade deficit is spent on importing oil. Once we burn that oil upin our cars it is gone for good and we have nothing to show for it.

But the people we sent our money to end up with bulging bank accounts.

How in the world do you think those oil barons build those outrageous palaces and are able toafford those exotic car collections?

They buy all those things with the money that we sent to them.

Meanwhile, our once great major cities are degenerating into festering sores.

Our foolish policies are causing our own destruction.

Another reason why we have such a huge trade deficit is because of our trade relationship withChina.

Our trade deficit with China was approximately 26 billion dollars during the month of January.

That is absolutely horrifying.

For the entire year of 2011, our trade deficit with China hit a grand total of about 295.5 billiondollars.

That was the largest trade deficit that one country has had with another country in the history ofthe world.

Back in 1985, the U.S. trade deficit with China was only 6 million dollars for the entire year.

In 2011, our trade deficit with China was more than 49,000 times larger than it was back in 1985.

That is not a good trend.

Have you ever noticed that it seems like half the stuff we sell in our stores says “Made in China”

on it?

Well, that is because China is wiping the floor with us on the global economic stage.

Just look at how the overall U.S. trade deficit has exploded over the past few decades. In thechart below, we see that the U.S. trade deficit really spiked when the price of oil reachedunprecedented heights a few years ago. Then it dropped during the recession when the price of oilfell like a rock. But now the U.S. trade deficit is almost back to where it was before….

Today, the U.S. trade deficit with the rest of the world is about 5 times larger than it was back in1996.

That means that we are getting poorer as a nation at a rate that is 5 times faster than back in 1996.

All of that money that is going out of the country could be going to support jobs and businessesinside the United States.

But instead we have been losing jobs and businesses over the past decade at a rate that isabsolutely amazing.

According to U.S. Representative Betty Sutton, an average of 23 manufacturing facilities a dayclosed down in the United States during 2010.

23 every single day!

That means less jobs for American workers.

Right now, there are approximately 6 million fewer jobs in America than there was back inDecember 2007.

Because there are not enough jobs, we now have millions of working age Americans that simplycannot take care of themselves.

But it isn’t just jobs that we are losing.

There are a whole host of other statistics that show that economic conditions in America continueto get worse and worse and worse. An all-time record 46.5 million Americans are on food stampsand poverty continues to explode all over nation.

Instead of addressing the root causes of our problems, our leaders continue to support our falsestandard of living by borrowing gigantic piles of money.

In many instances, we go back to the very same people that we sent our money to and we begthem to borrow it back.

How stupid can we be?

Debt always makes you even poorer in the long run.

Take a look at how our budget deficits on the national level have absolutely exploded in recentyears….

Anyone that tells you that America is in good shape financially is lying.

Just look at that chart.

Sadly, the truth is even worse than the chart shows. For example, there never was a “surplus”under the Clinton administration. The U.S. government simply stole money from Social Securityand used a bunch of other accounting tricks to make things seem a lot better than they were.

And the U.S. government is still using all sorts of accounting tricks to hide the true size of thenational debt. If you doubt this, just read this article.

If the U.S. government was forced to use GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), theU.S. budget deficit would be far larger each year.

But it is not just the federal government that is drowning in debt.

All over the country right now, municipalities are going broke….

*Harrisburg, Pennsylvania has announced that it will be skipping debt payments.

*Stockton, California is on the verge of becoming the largest U.S. municipality to ever file forbankruptcy.

For years, our politicians borrowed immense amounts of money to make up for all of the wealththat we were bleeding as a nation.

But now we are absolutely drowning in debt and all of this reckless spending is not going to beable to last much longer.

When all of this reckless spending ends, our false prosperity is going to disappear.

Did you know that the U.S. national debt is growing by about 150 million dollars every singlehour?

150 million dollars an hour is being stolen from our children and our grandchildren so that we canmaintain our false standard of living.

Most Americans expect things to get back to “normal”, but the truth is that “normal” has left thebuilding.

Our transition from being a wealthy nation to being a poor nation continues every single day, andour politicians are doing nothing to stop it.

Grassley Asks DOJ Again if They’ve TakenAction Against Wall Street

Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) is pushing the Department of Justice for details on what it hasdone to pursue criminal charges against the major Wall Street banks and executives who he saysare responsible for the nation’s financial crisis.

In a letter to Attorney General Eric Holder Jr. issued today, Grassley asked for a list of cases thatdetail which convictions were obtained against CEOs, CFOs, board members, presidents andother executives of Wall Street firms and banks.

The letter comes two days after Grassley criticized the DOJ response to the financial crisis duringa Senate Judiciary Committee hearing. And it comes in direct response to reaction from the DOJposted on the Blog of Legal Times, according to a Grassley spokeswoman.

At a Capitol Hill hearing Wednesday on foreclosure abuse and lending discrimination practices,Grassley said the DOJ has done a “terrible job” of prosecuting financial crimes. He said: “TheJustice Department has brought no criminal cases against any of the major Wall Street banks orexecutives who are responsible for the financial crisis.”

In response to a Legal Times request, DOJ issued a written statement on the criticism. “TheDepartment of Justice, through our U.S. Attorneys’ Offices and litigating divisions, has broughtthousands of mortgage fraud cases over the past three years, and secured numerous convictionsagainst CEOs, CFOs, board members, presidents and other executives of Wall Street firms andbanks for financial crimes," DOJ spokeswoman Laura Sweeney said.

Grassley requested the list by the end of the month.

A DOJ spokesman said the agency is reviewing the letter.

1960s: Slums of Chicago Used As“Laboratory” By Rockefeller’s PopulationCouncil

Until now unsuspected andundetected, a publication surfacesstraight from the RockefellerArchives which speaks of eugenicmind-operations on the blackcommunity of Chicago in the early1960s. In an outright chillingspeech the two men in charge ofthe operations, Donald Bogue andPalmore, told the American PublicHealth Association in 1964 thatthey were “”using the slums ofChicago as a ‘laboratory,’” hoping to develop “principles and theories which could be ‘exported’overseas.“”, Ph.D. candidate Edmund Ramsden reveals in his paper Between Quality andQuantity: The Population Council and the Politics of “Science-making” in Eugenics andDemography, 1952-1965.

After writing extensively on John D. Rockefeller III and his commitment to continue hisforefather’s eugenic dream (to create an elite super-race while simultaneously depopulate theplanet), Ramsden (now a doctor of the University of Exeter and the London School ofEconomics) managed to retrieve some mind-blowing findings from the Rockefeller Archive. Quite

inadvertently, it seems, the Ph.D-to-be stumbled uponevidence from within the archives of the Rockefellersthemselves, which conclusivelyproves that “Chicago’snegro population” was subjected to experiments in alaboratory-setting conducted by Rockefeller’s “finest”social engineers.

According to the material Ramsden consulted in theRockefeller Archives, the chief-operators Bogue andPalmore “attempted to uncover general patterns ofresistance to birth control that existed in the developedand developing nations and drew parallels between “thecrude birth rate of Chicago’s Negro population,” the rural

South, India, and Puerto Rico.”

“The Population Council (…)”, hewrites,“funded the University ofChicago in 1962-63 for a researchprogram in “Problems of Bearing andRearing Children in High-Fertility,Low-Income, Low-EducationAmerican Families.””

The implementation of this mysteriousProblems of Bearing and RearingChildrenin High-Fertility, Low-Income,Low-Education American Families-program on American families was executed with the help of several clinics, propagandists andother individuals, roaming the streets of Chicago during a good part of the 1960s.

“This”, writes Ramsden, “would be the first grant by the Population Council to evaluate anaction program in the United States, and involved the establishment of a mobilecommunications center and clinic, the employment of medical personnel and social workers,interviewers, technical staff, the preparation of family planning communications materials,machine tabulation costs, and so on.”

Ramsden only skimmed over the subject in his paper, as it was helpful but not essential to hisreport. However we learn some more about the tactics used by these “mobile communicationcenters and clinics” in Mary Ziegler’s excellent Reinventing Eugenics: Reproductive Choice andLaw Reform After World War II:

“Bogue’s assistants sent targeted mailings to people living in housing projects and advertisedin what Bogue called “ethnic newspapers,” like the Chicago Defender. Frequently, he usedvolunteers who appeared to be objective or even friendly to dispense advice. African-Americanvolunteers were instructed to befriend people in the neighborhoods studied before advisingthem to stop having children. Those with medical training were supposed to characterize theirrecommendations as objective medical advice rather than as propaganda put out by theCouncil.”As Ramsden continues on the subject he writes something astonishing. Here is the quote in full:

“In 1963 this program was enlarged, through Population Council support, with theestablishment of the Family Planning Communication-Motivation Workshop as part of thedemographer Donald Bogue’s plan to develop “Training and Research Program for FertilityControl Through Action Programs.” Speaking to the American Public Health Association in1964, Bogue and Palmore explained that they were testing hypotheses for hastening theadoption of birth control practices and using mass communication and group motivation“campaigns” among groups with low education and low income. They explicitly stated thatthey were “using the slums of Chicago as a ‘laboratory,’” hoping to develop “principles andtheories which could be ‘exported’ overseas.”

We stress that the quotes applied by Ramsden in the before mentioned citation are literal notes

from the Rockefeller Archives.

Ramsden himself examined the Archivesextensively but casually skimmed over thisparticular fact he uncovered, as he set out tocompile a general history of eugenics in theUnited States. An interesting read for sure. Butthe author hardly appreciated the fact that theadmissions by Bogue and his colleagueuncovered two important facts that have neverbefore seen the light of day, namely 1: that theChicago-experiment was designed to subjectAmerican families in a laboratory-setting tobirth control-propaganda, and 2: export theresults of these experiments to Third Worldnations with the aim of reducing thebirthrate worldwide.

We must not forget when quoting these people,that the inhabitants of Chicago’s slums wereAmerican families with children. Whenpresenting these cold facts it does not do tobecome desensitized or to shrug our shouldersin superficial indignation- for it is a terriblething, when people in power target the humanmind for their pleasure, systematicallyundermine their dreams and that in service ofthat ultimate vision: to exterminate “the unfit”in favor of a self-proclaimed biocratic elite. Andthat is exactly what Bogue and Palmore set out to do as they attempted to halt “the crude birthrate of Chicago’s Negro population”.

This, of course, is a telltale sign of a eugenic operation underway, perhaps executed under thename “social development project”, perhaps under “family planning for the poor”- but eugenics iswhat it is, because it involves specifically targeting underprivileged and ethnic minorities in a“laboratory”-setting to export the findings to other people they seek to snuff out. Ramsden:

“For Bogue, the (…) “incompetents” were predominately the underprivileged “Negro andPuerto Rican” and other low-income residents on “public welfare” in the rural South, theChicago slums, and low-income housing developments. He celebrated the development of“wonder drugs” that would “cure” the “really ‘sick’ patients,” such as the birth control pill.He exclaimed ecstatically to Notestein in July 1961 that the “all-Negro, low-income group istaking oral contraception like wildfire.” Similarly, the Population Council post-partumprogram was justified, as in earlier eugenic literature, in terms of a community cost-savingexercise through the reduction of the fertility of socially and “medially indigent population”who reproduced at tax payers’ expense.”

That Bogue’s statements are not exaggerations or misquotations, but rather completely consistent

with other statements he made during the course of the1960s, is strikingly evident by his 1966 paperPopulation Growth, Problems, And Trends in theUnited States in which Bogue argues:

“Can the Negro population be assimilated in the nearfuture or are Negroes likely to remain segregated anddeprived necessitating large expenditures for publicassistance and contributing to intergroup conflict?”

Words of a eugenic mind cautious enough not toventure out too far into his real objective. The samecaution is noticeable among other social scientists andeugenicists from the 1940s onward. Let’s not forgetthat Frederick Osborn (who was handpicked by John D.Rockefeller to be president of the Population Council)had said: “Eugenic goals are most likely to be attainedunder another name than eugenics.” So it was that thename “eugenics” never crept up. The names“demography”, and “human ecology” however did

creep up, and were cleverly put in its place.

“The Population Council’s “support of Bogue reflects a certain transition in the field offertility research and planning from “family planning” towards a more pessimistic“population control.””, Ramsden writes.

Indeed. In a 2002 publication by the Population Council titled Training and Support ofDeveloping-Country Population Scientists, the authors write:

“He (Bogue) encouraged articles on international demography and proposed that appropriatesubject matter ranged from educational attainment to religious affiliation to ethnicity as long asit had a “demographic flavor.” He went further to suggest that the field of family planningresearch should be “co-opted” as a subfield of demography, asked that attention be paid tohuman ecology and community studies, and requested that the prejudice against socialpsychology in population studies be“softened””

What is meant by “pessimistic populationcontrol” in this regard, is nothing less than top-down indoctrination with the aid of mass media,or, what Bogue calls “mass communications”and “motivation campaigns”, designed to breakthe resistance of American families to theeugenic overlords. In order to do so, alldisciplines of the scientific community should bebrought together. Deliberately used them asguinea-pigs in an experiment executed by theRockefellers and their Population Council, low-income people and ethnic minorities were

subjected to the rule of social engineers working. Wealso learn from Ramsden’s excavations that the presidentof the Council, Notestein, personally reported theprogress made in the Chicago-experiment back toRockefeller. Ramsden writes:

“Notestein wrote to John D. Rockefeller 3rd inSeptember 1965: “We have given a good deal ofthought to the ways in which one could attack theproblem of reproduction in indigent and poorly-educated populations without getting into the hornet’snest of ethnic and color discrimination. This projectwill go to that problem — we think dramatically.”

What Notestein meant by avoiding getting into “thehornet’s nest of ethnic and color discrimination” can bededuced from Mary Ziegler’s words when she wrote:“African-American volunteers were instructed tobefriend people in the neighborhoods studied beforeadvising them to stop having children.” In otherwords: blacks were used to target blacks. This strategyis reminiscent of the Nazi-policy in occupied Europe, to

set up so-called “Jewish Councils”- which usually consisted of trusted individuals within theJewish community- and were therefore trusted by the Nazis to assure victims were sufficientlyobedient when they were loaded upon the trains to then be railed off to their deaths.

Apparently the Chicago-experiments were soon expanded into other American cities.

“The program again targeted hospitals that serviced the impoverished areas of Harlem, EastHarlem, the lower Bronx, and in 1967 was expanded to include the Los Angeles CountyHospital and the Wayne County General Hospital near Detroit.”, Ramsden writes.

And it didn’t stop there. Bogue and his beneficiaries expanded the operations even further, thistime projecting the findings gathered in theslums of Chicago to those in the ThirdWorld. Listing Bogue’s accomplishments, theInternational Union for the Scientific Studyof Population lauds him for workingextensively with students from the ThirdWorld in so-called “Workshops”:

“Donald Bogue was also among the first tomove such workshops to the countries orregions in which the participants worked toprovide a more realistic environment forthe training and opportunities for fieldvisits. As part of this effort he held theseworkshops in Colombia, Mexico, Ecuador,Brazil, Ethiopia, Kenya, Sierra Leone,

Liberia, Ghana, Senegal, Lesotho, Gambia, andTanzania.”

And it appears Bogue was very optimistic aboutwhat he calls “the world wide movement to bringrunaway birth rates under control”. Utah StateUniversity professor B. Delworth Gardner in aseries of lectures on the subject of “populationcontrol” quotes Bogue as saying:

“Recent developments in the world widemovement to bring runaway birth rates undercontrol are such that it is now possible to assertwith considerable confidence that the prospectsfor rapid fertility control are excellent.”

And further on in the lecture:

“The trend of the world-wide movement toward fertility control has already reached a statewhere declines in death rates are being surpassed by declines in birth rates. Because progressin death control is slackening and progress in birth control is accelerating, the world hasalready entered a situation where the pace of population growth has begun to slacken.”

Some 40 years after Bogue did his experiments, a professor at MIT, ferociously writing on achalkboard, echoed the old eugenic oath. Telling her students that as future scientists they neednot worry about the population growth in developed countries, but focus all the more on reducingthe populations in developing ones, she continued by saying:

“(from 10 minutes, 10 secondsonward) The real trick is, in termsof trying to level off at someplacelower than that 9 billion, is to getthe birthrates in the developingcountries to drop as fast as we can.And that will determine the level atwhich humans will level off onearth.”

“As fast as we can”. This, at itscore, is an admission of 21st centuryeugenics in action- and it is yetanother example of the fact thateugenics has anything but died out.On the contrary: it has never beenmore alive.
