Groupies look after groups which vary in size according to age. For 7–10s the ratio is 1:12, with a lower ratio for older children. Instructor to child ratios vary according to the activity, but here are some examples:

Where a formal qualification exists, Instructors must hold it and Trainee Instructors must study for it. Where no recognised qualifications exist, we carry out verified in-house training and assessments.

We are subject to the Adventure Activities Licensing Authority regulations.

These apply to activities taking place in potentially hazardous open environment situations.
