› Two-story, 126-space underground parking garage consisted of two levels with a concrete foundation and required extensive underpinning to the adjacent properties.

› The residential superstructure was reinforced concrete, while the retail component was steel framed with set-back terraces and glass-railed balconies.

This four-story, 18-unit, 87,000-square-foot residence contains spacious three-bedroom, three-bath open floor plans with features that include a resort-style recreation area with a pool, spa, barbeque pergola and fire pit. The rooftop houses six penthouse residences with views of the Gulf of Mexico and Sarasota Bay along with private, livable terrace spaces.

Mitsui Fudosan America, an arm of the Japanese Real Estate company of the same name, and Taconic Investment Partners have teamed up to develop the two tower building, the larger of the two will be 22 stories high, and the smaller tower will be 14 stories high.
