AAHRPP Reaccreditation Site Visit occurred on May 23-25.

The Council will meet on Monday, September 19th to review the site visit and our response.

We should be notified of the Council decision by the end of that week.

Findings Improvement activities to assess compliance and

effectiveness of the HRPP needs to be formalized.

Serious and continuing non-compliance should be reported within policy timeframe.

IRB reviewers and chair should be provided feedback regarding their annual evaluations.

IRB discussions and decisions need to be more thoroughly documented.
