TÜBİTAK also awards researchers with projects above threshold but not funded by the European Commission (on condition that s/he moves to a host institution in Turkey)

For MSC Individual Fellowships 2015 Calls, thresholds and awards are: Above 80 (score) : 2.000 €

Above 90 (score) : 3.000 €

Success Award:

For a project budget of 220.000 €, award will be 18900 €
