Why is this important topic to studyWhy is this important topic to study

It is expected that this research project would bring a new level of understanding toward the importance of implementing ICT in higher education field in Mainland China, and also would draw more attention from the government as well as from the society toward this issue.

Information Communication Technology has its amazing power when integrating into education. However, to practicing ICT integration into daily teaching and learning process is another story, especially in Mainland China.

If properly used, ICT could be a powerful engine for the balancing of the country’s higher education, as well as an accelerator for the improving of the education and the students’ life-long personal skills.
