Selection Methods

• Consultant Selection Methods• Process I

Process I is selected along with Design Request Type to request an assignment under an existing RDSA

• Process II – Electronic Consultant Selection. New individual and parent RDSA requests follow this process. This process creates a shortlist of consultants to be evaluated by committee from the list of all the consultants expressing interest to the advertisement. The shortlist is created based on the inventory of projects completed by the consultant and work load.

When you select Request Type as “Design” and choose “Process I” initially to request an assignment to RDSA; and finally assign the request to an umbrella RDSA the factors and weights are automatically changed to what’s shown below

• Do not change the committee weights
