We write to request for a certification for the purpose of availing of a loan from DBP.

For this present year, we have been issued a DILG certification for our compliance with the full disclosure policy. The said certification entitled us to implement BUB projects. We tried to use the said certification for our loan with the Development Bank of Philippines (DBP) however our loan was denied and we were advised to submit a certification that would allow us to avail of a loan. We consulted the DILG about this and said office had conducted another round of assessment and validation and found us compliant the full disclosure policy. The DILG Masbate forwarded the result to concerned DILG office and advised us to request for a new certification that would also entitle us to avail of a loan..

In view thereof, please assist us with our loan by causing appropriate action that would allow us to avail of a loan with the DBP.
