It is an honor for me to participate in this first meeting of the consortium as vice-Rector, representing the university of Monastir in Tunisia. This meeting, as you know, comes to strengthen a collaboration in network “North – South” begun for some years in diverse domains.I would thus want, to greet the availability and the will which the persons in charge of the university of Granada showed throughout the preparation of this project and to set up this network.
It is the place to greet all the availability of Pr Dorothy Kelly , Pr Artur Schmitt and their staffs who knew how to mobilize relentlessly to finalize this project. It is advisable to congratulate the welcoming committee on the professionalism with which this meeting was led. I hope that this network will bring a support for the member universities in their reflection about the possible measures to reach the objectives of this project.
