Notification - Authorization – Licensing - Inspections

– The activities specified in Article 3 of the Law No. 111-XVI from 11.05.2006, should will be executed only at presence of the authorization, with obligatory performance of specific procedures for each kind of radiation or nuclear activity or ionizing radiations sources;

– Procedure of the authorization is made by means of licensing or registration, in result of notification, depending on a category of radioactive sources, according to regulation documents of the International Atomic Energy Agency and National Agency;
