Energy Efficiency Loan Program
• Homeowners who earn up to $150,000 per year are eligible• In-home energy assessments must be performed• Homeowners have 90 days from loan-origination date to
complete energy-efficiency improvements• Improvements must be installed by an approved trade ally
contractor• Loan may be paid off early with no pre-payment penalty• A copy of the contractor’s bid(s) and/or appliance estimate must
be included with loan application
