OverviewThe College of Arts & Sciences is the largest School
teaching 67% of all credit hours at UNC – CH.The system provides financial, HR, and student
reports for decision support.Users include department chairs, managers, and
other staff. All users complain about the number of systems and
difficulty finding data.Chairs don’t find value in individual reports.
