Management Studio Must have an understanding of SQL select

statements and the M.O.M. database Can use simple statements, and also join

and group data

Why do my reports not match? The reports in M.O.M. aren’t designed to

match Reports pull different criteria from different

databases to get different results Ex. Some reports use the order date, ship date,

invoice date, post date, etc.

Why are some orders not showing on my report? Check the report criteria Ex. The report may be using the order

invoice date and this order might not be an invoiced order

How do I separate orders on reports? Most reports have a selection screen to

choose the orders you want Make sure orders have a trigger, such as

an order type and the customer has a trigger, such as a customer type
