REPORT GENWORTH DELEGATED WORKOUT

1. Enter the Certificate Number

2. Click Search

Note: If at any time the user wishes to submit a different certificate number, select the Reset

button. This will clear all data and responses.

1. When certificate number is validated, loan information is returned for that certificate, including loan number, borrower details, property address, and MI coverage. Confirm and validate that the loan information returned is correct.

2. Select Yes or No from dropdown Note: When the user validates that the loan information is correct, the certificate number validation field is disabled to further changes.

IDENTIFY WORKOUT TYPE AND WORKOUT STATUS

Select Workout Type from dropdown

Select the Workout Status from dropdown

Note: When the status is “Failed,” it is only necessary to enter the Workout Type and then click SUBMIT. When Workout Status is Completed, the system will auto populate Completion Date with date reported.

Select the reason for the Hardship from the dropdown

For the Workout Status Date, the system will auto populate with current date. The user can type in the date or click on the calendar to select date. In the date fields, the user can enter the date of click on the calendar and select the date.

Select either Yes or No for Continue entering your request field.

WORKOUT STATUS = FAILED

When the status for any Workout Type is “Failed,” the system auto-populates the Workout Status Date. For all other Workout Types and Status, additional details are required. See next section for details on each type of Workout.

COMPLETE THE REQUIRED ADDITIONAL FIELDS FOR EACH WORKOUT TYPE This section provides details on each required field based on the workout type. This will be the additional details for each workout type. Enter all required fields which indicated with an asterisk *. Once all required fields are completed click the Submit Delegated Workout button.

Once all required fields are completed for the workout type, Select the Submit Delegated Workout button to confirm.

TO VIEW WORKOUT PIPELINE

To view Workout Pipeline, click on the tab Manage Workout. This tab displays the workout

submitted and the status of each workout. To edit an Approved workout, click on the pencil icon

and to view a Failed or Completed workout, click on the eye icon.
