Location: South (Ho Chi Minh and Dong Nai and Da Nang), North (Hanoi, Haiphong)

Course: professional skills, learning, attitudes and spiritual education

Assessment : half-yearly one pieces of 3.6M

Each BDO has to recruit one IA to sell insurance (If the whole year they don’t have PFYP, and one IA, the performance is bad)

Tests: New compensation scheme , clause, Claims. Products (including UL), Policy Replacement Regulation …etc.
