1 SUMMARY

The present Report presents the outcome of the review of ongoing tenders as of 10th September

2014 in the Northern Sweden, namely in the Counties of Norrbotten and Västerbotten.

The tender survey covers the following branches:

The Report gives brief information about ongoing tenders and includes a link to detail

Tenders from flooring, painting, tiling and under ceiling contractors are requested. The contract includes construction of swimming pool and underroof parking, facade refurbishment of the existing sports hall and demolition of the existing heating substation. The building will house several swimming pools with auxiliary rooms, fitness hall with auxiliary rooms and parking. The total are is about 19 700 m2 Spectator stand for about 800 people.

2.4 Lilljansberget – Construction of streets, Umeå, County of Västerbotten

Project Background

and Objectives

The assignment concerns construction of streets etc. In the area of Lilljansberget. The main street is to be built from Lilljansvägen Petrus Laestadiusväg. This direction of construction is to ensure that the developer of the first property on the left side counted from Lilljansvägen can get access to the property as soon as possible. As the roads become trafficable the developers along the roads will be allowed to use the roads for construction traffic to the sites. This implies that there will be restrictions imposed on the contractor as to the use of the working site. The contractor shall use the proposed area south of the pedestrian and bicycle bridge over Lilljansvägen. District heating lines along Loklagatan will probably be removed. After the asphalt macadam an inspection is to be conducted. The contractor announces the time. Property developers provide snow ploughing during winter 2014-2015. Pedestrian and bicycle path south of the area cannot be used for any transports.

Turbine with all directly associated systems. The contract includes delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of a new turbine with all directly associated systems. Mandatory works for generators. The generator is to be dismantled, refurbished, reassembled, tested and commissioned. The refurbished and reassembled generator must be able to cope with additional load from the new turbine. Generator options and change requests. The total Scope of Work for the generator shall be defined in the inspection summer 2016 and in the test report on disassembled parts to be produced by a chosen workshop in 2017. The Total Scope of Work including options and change requests for the generator will be decided by the Purchaser. The Scope of Work for options and change requests will be handled commercially as Cost Plus Variable Percentage Contract.

5.1 Chemical analyses, University of Luleå, County of Norrbotten

Project Background

and Objectives

Research groups within Asphalt technology, Applied geology and water and sewage technology at the Technical University of Luleå (LTU) consider that chemical analyses to determine concentrations of basic elements, organic compounds and nutrient salts are very important research instruments. The university also uses analyses of stable metal isotopes and other basic elements. There must be a possibility to perform analysis on samples with low concentrations as well as on samples with high concentrations with complex matrixes. The different types of analysis are performed on a number of different sample types such as natural water samples with low concentrations, polluted water, rock materials, minerals, natural earth, sediment, polluted earth, biologic materials and household and industrial waste such as ash, sludge, mining waste, slag and slime. Cooperation in the are of analyses development and method improvement between researches at LTU and the company that performs analysis is important for the development of research. The present procurement contains three parts: chemical analysis, operation and maintenance of MC-ICP-MS instrument Neptune and Neptune Plus as well as R&D-cooperation.
