This tutorial will cover the step by step process for viewing and printing Pre-production worksheet
By the end of this tutorial, you should be able to: View and print the pre-production worksheet for
a selected day.
Click on the arrows below to move back and forth through the tutorial
Pre-Production Worksheet
The pre-production worksheet contains recipes and “Pick Sheets” for the day.
The “Pick Sheets” are pages that include Ingredients Used and Non-Recipe Items needed to be “pulled” or “picked” for the day’s menus.
Although the pre-production worksheet has recipes; the production schedule is a more efficient report for viewing and printing them (see the report printing: production schedule tutorial).

Report Printing
Click the Menu Planning & Production tab.Note: view/print production reports only
after ordering has been completed

In the Reporting BoxClick Select Reports
to view and print reports

Pre-Production Worksheet
Under Report Name select Pre-Production Worksheet
Viewing Report
Click the View button
Choosing Your School “Site”

Select your school site from the list

After choosing your schoolclick the over box

You will see your selected school in the box on the right side
Enter a Starting Range
Click the calendar icon
Start Range
Click on the start date then click the
OK button

Click on the enddate then click the
OK button
Date Range
The pre-production worksheet is a large report. ONLY view the report for one day.

After you select your date range;click the OK button.
Note: you must directly click OK to proceed.
Pre-Production Worksheet
The pre-production worksheet will pop upfor the date you selected
Pre-Production Worksheet
Depending upon your menu; the Ingredient Used and Non-Recipe lists (“Pick Sheets”)
can be on the last three pages.

Printing
To print your selected “Pick Sheets” click the print icon.
Print Setup
Page Range
Select the pages you want to print in the Page Range area.
Pages
Type the page number in the Pages box. Remember your entire “Pick Sheets” could
be on the last three pages.
After the correct pages are selected;
Click Print
Exiting the Report
To exit clicklocated at the top of the page.
