RE-TALLY OF 22 POLLING STATIONS IN PETITION

NO.5 OF 2013

Pursuant to orders made by the Supreme Court on 25 th of March2013 with regard to the re tallying of the Presidential votes in thetwenty two (22) polling stations annexed to the Courts ruling usingForms 34, 36 and the Principal Register, the Supreme Court hasnow finalized the re-tally of the votes cast in the said stations andobserves the following;

Out of the 22 polling stations, 5 polling stations had discrepanciesregarding the number of votes cast as reflected in Form 34 andthose reflected in Form 36 as indicated below:

1. Lomerimeri primary School , Tiaty Constituency ,2. Nthambiro Primary School, Igember Central3. Kabuito Primary School, Igembe Central4. Mugomoini Primary School, Chuka Igamba Ngombe5. NCC social Hall Langata, Nairobi

Annexed hereto is a complete tabulation of the re tallying of thePresidential votes in accordance with the Courts ruling.
