Report of Comenius Meeting Vratsa - Bulgaria

Title of this Comenius Schools Partnership :“Buy Healthy Be Healthy”.

This report describes the Comenius Project - Meeting from 24th to 26th March 2014 in Vratsa –

Bulgaria. Place: “Ivancho Mladenov'' Primary school, Vratsa BULGARIA

On the 24th of March, about 09.30 a.m. the group of participants arrived at “Ivancho Mladenov''

Primary school, Vratsa BULGARIA

and were greeted very cheerfully by the Headmaster, the school staff, the coordinator of the project

and pupils.

After the greetings and expressions of friendship to the partners, the entire group of participants was

received into the school’s conference room where the Headmaster ,Mrs. Milena Tihomirova ,

addressed words of welcome to everybody and expressed deep satisfaction for the participation of

many European partners in the Comenius-project .

After the welcome the partners visited the classrooms and took part into some activities.

-START OF WORK -

24th of March 2014

Presentation of the partner schools by the participants (headmasters and coordinators).

Presentation of the brochure containing information about partner schools and project

activities .

Presentation of all works made by pupils of all countries about healthy food and environment.

Presentation of the project web site: the Turkey school has created a project web site

containing info about project, activities, partners and pictures. All partners will contribute to

the development of the web site.

Definition of the deadlines calendar:

a) By 23rd of April 2014 report of the meeting in Bulgaria by the partner No. 3

I.C.” Galileo Galilei “- Montopoli V/Arno (Pisa) ITALY.

b) By April send to the partner No. 1 (Turkey) materials about the environment to be

included in the project's website.

c) From 21st to 24th of May 2014 meeting in Næstved – DENMARK.

d) By 20th of June 2014 report of the meeting in Denmark by the partner No. 5 “Ivancho

Mladenov'' Primary school Vratsa BULGARIA.

e) By the end of June, the partner No. 1 must send the final report to the National

Agency and to partner schools..

After the meeting, the guests had lunch. The lunch was offered by the families of the students.

After lunch all partners visited the Regional Governor of Vratsa, the Education Director and

the Mayor of Vratsa.

25th of March 2014.

At 10.00 a.m. there was a performance of the band and of the majorettes in front of the school.

Later in the morning ,the partners saw a wonderful performance by the pupils of “Ivancho

Mladenov” Primary school , Vratsa

After lunch we visited the Ledenica Cave

26th of March 2014

At 8.30 we left for a trip to Belogradchik Rocks

The end of the third day also signed the end of the meeting. It was a meeting of mutual understanding and comparison of methodologies and educational organizations of the various country partners. In Vratsa we have consolidated the foundations of a collaboration between different school situations belonging to the same common country: Europe. It 's time to say a final goodbye: the six coordinators came together in a single symbolic group and made an appointment in Denmark from 21st to 24th May 2014.
