Phase B - Fine Arts Addition

• Prepped and started flooring in 2nd floor corridor. Installed sheet vinyl in science lab

• Started stone grading for patios and excavations for Dunham drop off

• Continued hanging lights and installing door hardware where accessible

• Finished installing new window frame east of bridge and started painting them

• Started installations of display cases and speakers

• Started metal panels installation at west wall

Phase B - Bleachers & Squad Rooms

• Installed water piping and started sprinkler piping. Installed gas line

• Continued plastic and insulation in second squad room

• Cleaned up outside in preparation for exterior grading and concrete

Phase C - Auditorium

• Finished all foundations, SOG and wall bracing needed to erect precast panels

• Assembled crane and started precast panel erection, finishing 80% of auditorium box

• Installed East columns and corresponding beam before erecting west panels of auditorium box

• Steel will follow with an expected pouring date for the auditorium box roof on August 1st

• Started installing wrestling room steel joists

Phase C - Learning Commons

• Built scaffold at north tower and started laying CMU walls

• Installed column wraps for 1st floor columns and poured interior piers

• Continued installing VAVs and wrapping duct/piping on 2nd floor. AHUs were delivered and arebeing installed

• Assembled crane in south parking lot and started steel erection

• Continued taping at electric room & commons offices

Phase B - Gym, Kitchen, Alley, Multipurpose,and Gymnastics Loft Addition

• Floor tile has been fully set in the servery area, with the kitchen following shortly behind

• Elevator install started. Lula Lift fully installed, with few punchlist items pending

• Gym accent color bands have been painted, doors installed, and ceiling grid set

• Multipurpose room has been fully painted, lights and overhead equipment has been hung

• Gymnastics room has been fully rocked, taped and will be ready for paint next week

• Alley windows have been installed. Skylight glass install is currently underway

Phase B - Bleachers & Squad Rooms

• All CMU perimeter walls have been erected, interior CMU bathroom walls to proceed this week

• Bleacher crew has completed their install of the backside panels and will begin installing theexterior enclosure this week

• MEP trades continue performing their rough in-s, which will be followed by final grading forflatwork, expected to be poured the first week of August

Phase C - Cafeteria, Culinary Arts, Commons,and Southeast Addition

• Dining area has been rocked/taped, prepped for floor tile, and columns have been tiled. Flooringcurrently underway

• Culinary area has been rocked and landings for the incoming millwork has been laid out

• Elevator shaft from basement to 2nd floor has been fully erected, 1st deck floor tie-in poured,basement ramp set to be poured this week

• All floor decks along the SE Addition (1st, 2nd, 3rd Floors) including miscellaneous buildinginfills have been poured out and are ready to receive rough MEP connections and exterior framing

• Courtyard demo of piers complete – additional structural work to start in the coming weeks

• Roof survey and layout for incoming steel along courtyard perimeter is currently underway
