I o-served and heard arguments of several litigants.*urther in a case in which "dv. #hrey $adav argued, he stated and proved to the court that on the re(e,amination of the witness stage, the court can still open up the door for the lawyer to cross(e,amine a witness even if he has -een already cross(e,amined.*urther I o-served the arguments in a case where "nsal0s construction group was involved. The matter was on an illegal mortgage property and then claiming rights over it.In the evening I visited the office at Defence colony, C -loc1.I read a case of 2unal !hul1av. Deepti. It was a petition filed u3r sec %4%5 and sec %/ of the Hindu Marriage "ct, claiming nullification of the marriage to declare it null and void.%(st 'ay *riday .6isited the court and o-served the matters.In the evening at the office, read the case of .7m #ai Mandir Myan Trust v. +ast Delhi Municipal Corp 8 others.%%d'ay #aturday .9ent to the #a1et District Court and o-served the matters over there.The cases over there included#tate v. :itin "r;unMeena Tiwari v. 6irender #ingh . in this matter there were trespass and theft allegations on an nited #tates.
