Repetition

Repetition is the duplication of a shape, type, theme, or idea throughout a composition or in this case, a website. All the pages of a website should be consistent and professional looking and one way to achieve this is through repetition.A website should, and I will be doing this for my site, use the same typography for all headings and either the same for body copy or one other type for the body. Images should be of the same type. The alignment can be of repeating rows to organize the site and make it look professional. There is also the idea of having a company theme, logo, or look that is repeated throughout the website to brand the company.
