4. During repair1. All valve on all pipelines serving the space been secured to prevent their accidental opening.2. The COT to be continuously ventilated.3. Keep good communication & reporting interval of 10 minutes.4. Atmosphere test to be taken every hour by multi gas meter.5. If ventilation failure or atmosphere tests change from agreed safe criteria, STOP WORK & EVACUATION immediately!
