which is mainly supply sugarcane crusher , all parts of mills and roller re-shelling, pump and agricultural tools, machines and spare parts of paper, consumig oil and jute industries , various hardware products with oil mill, expeller, tube well etc. It is a public Ltd. company controlled in care of Bangladesh Sugar and Food Industries Corporation. Major part of it’s products goes to 15 sugar mills of Bangladesh. All of sugar mills is totally dependent on this company.

Historical Background of this Company

Renwick company was first established by W. B Renwick a Scottish businessman at 1881.The Mill was established at Laxianmhati in Natore and next it shifted at Kushtia. It owned by individual named Jajneswar Engineering Works before liberation war. And it joined with Renwick & Co. Ltd. Since April 14, 1979 under the order of peoples republic of Bangladesh in care of Bangladesh sugar and Food Industries corporation. Now it is a public Ltd. Company as per venders agreement dated 25.09.1988.

Nature of Renwick jajneswar & co. (BD) Ltd.:

The main object of this co is manufacturing the sugarcane crushers. All type of machine which produced in this company that is related with sugar mill based.

Besides:All spare parts of sugar mills roller re-shelling.All types of pump and agricultural tools.Sometimes this co produced all machines and

spare parts of paper mill, jute mill etc. In this year they start a new session, which is

making lorry.

The main raw material of the company are CI(cast iron) and hard coal. Ms sheets are including as raw materials. Most of the raw material are imported from different countries as like as India, Brazil, Russia, China, Malaysia etc.

It has lack of raw material.The working environment is not so good.Now it is just dependent on sugar mills,

which should not as a public limited company.
