For the age group

Children 0-14 years:

1. Campus Environmental Improvement

Before the beginning of each semester and each day, the safety investigation

and remediation for the school and kindergarten facilities and a large toy is conducted.

2. Multiple themes safety education safety program

classes, open mobile security and cultural corridor,

safety education compose songs, performing

safety awareness. Organization "safe and civilized

tournament, held wild evacuation drills, watching films such warning, which allows

students to be educated in the activity.

3. Emergency drill plans

teachers build capacity to respond to emergencies.

Youth 15-24 years:

1. Students drowning prevention safety promotion program

Cooperation through the establishment of long-term mechanism for children

drowning multisectoral interventions, including the public (students, parents, etc.) of

propaganda and mobilization, multi-level education and training and participatory

teaching to enhance students' understanding of active participation. Carry out a variety

of topics related to drowning intervention activities; strengthen surveillance and

patrols; installation of fences and other environmental improvements.

2. Evidence-based programs：Students drowning prevention safety promotion

program adopted the effective measures issued by the Ministry of Health of

China."The child drowning intervention techniques Guide" recommended and

effective, nearly four years has not occurred case of children, adolescents drowning

fatalities.

Adults 25-64 years:

1. The new behavior to improve public safety

For the weak knowledge of public safety issues of the new residents, make full

use of community bulletin boards, lectures and other forms to propagate the public

safety. 2012 onwards, Renhe Subdistrict Office to create "happy life, five cardiac

services" and "Seven Care Package" program to concern about the care of new

residents from the full range.

2. Gas Safety Plan

For the lack of safety knowledge of the new residents, carry out safety lectures,

organize residents gas leak emergency drill through the citizen schools. Meanwhile,

the volunteers of the safe use of gas, home-related functions to detect the investigation

in a timely manner to eliminate safety hazards checks

3. Rental housing management plan

A large number of migrant workers need to rent a house, so the community

employed full-time rental housing management assistant to account rental housing

registration and the registration rate is more than 98%. Meanwhile help migrant

workers to solve practical problems such as their children to school and asking for

salary after working. Organize skills training and job fairs regularly to solve the

employment problem for migrant workers. Through a variety of activities so as to

enhance mutual understanding between migrant workers and local residents to

enhance their sense of belonging.

4. Legal Advice stations and disputes mediation room

Since there are many rental households in the area, often involving lease

disputes less than one thousand RMB between rental households and floating

population, Iin early 2011, we set up specialized legal advice stations and disputes

mediation room in eight communities, hiring professional legal adviser dealing with

community mediation.

Aged 65 years and older

1. Elderly fall prevention safety plan

For the elderly prone to falls injuries, professionals conduct fall prevention,

health education and related safety knowledge, limb balance training of trainers for

the elderly and their families relying on hospitals and community health centers,;

Improving elderly home environment. Installing bBarrier free facilities in activity

sites and roads. The volunteers provide visiting service regularly.

2. Elderly care plan

Renhe Subdistrict start elderly care plan, build elderly health records; Create a

rich, happy and safe life for the elderly. Organize volunteers in community to help the

illness, severe disability, elderly people living alone.So far they provide help for

more than 160 people in need and on a regular basis for each elderly; Free installation

pagers for 19 elderly people in need to provide emergency assistance and services.

Comprehensively promote home care mode and day care to innovate services for the

elderly and improve the satisfaction of the elderly.

Natural Disasters

1. Construction of comprehensive disaster reduction demonstration

community

In view of the weak consciousness

and self-aid and buddy-aid on disaster

prevention and mitigation of the new

residents, we have been carry out the

construction of disaster reduction

demonstration community since 2011.

We develop extensive community

mobilization of disaster reduction, participation activities and disaster risk

assessment. Make clear the distribution of community elderly, children,

pregnant women, the sick, the disabled people and other vulnerable groups.

Also set up Renhe comprehensive emergency rescue team and establish

emergency disaster prevention and mitigation team in all community.

Suicide Prevention (self-mutilation injury)

The psychological counseling, legal counseling room in the community offers

professional services for residents, new citizens to solve problems and mediate

conflicts and disputes; Ccommunity volunteers offer visiting service monthly for the

empty nest, lonely old and the disabled to check on their health, chat with them and

do housework. Professional legal advisers are also hired to offer free legal advisory

assistance and other services for the temporary residents and safeguard their

legitimate rights and interests.

Each school has offered courses in psychology and constructed psychological

consultation platform in the school. Municipal and district-level education

departments are responsible for supervision . Psychological service is offered for the

left-behind children and children of migrant workers.

Prevention programs for high-risk population

1.The disabled security plan

Transformation accessibility for the 61 poor disabled families and free

distribution of wheelchairs, crutches, walkers, canes and other teaching aids; Establish

a "home care support mode" for severe disabilities ;Set "disability rehabilitation

rooms"in four communities to provide free services. Meanwhile, establish "one to

one" assistance measures conducted by volunteers, visiting to their home quarterly for

routine psychological counseling and the daily work of rehabilitation.

2.Safety and care of the disabled of "Great Printing" company

The company design reasonable jobs for the disabled because of the large number of

the employees with disabilities. Installed lights flashing prompted alarms, smoke

alarms, audible alarm for escape and rescue and conduct emergency evacuation drills

every quarter; Also determine the rescue aid. Set up a charity fund.Provide skills

training for people with disabilities. Set the barrier free environment. The past five

years, safety awareness of the disabled employees improved resulting in zero of

security incidents and injuries occurred.

3.Two wheel motorcycle safety program

There are many two wheel

motorcycles in the community, which

caused frequent occurrence of traffic

accidents. The community established

account of the two wheel motorcycles and

encouraged motorcycle owners to do brand

registration. At the same time, the

community to develop many forms of promotion activities in key sections. Carry

out comprehensive law enforcement every quarter to step up efforts to control the

road.

Prevention programs for high-risk environments

1.High-risk road safety promotion program

The road from Armed Police Seventh Detachment in Jinkai road to Chongqing

Sichuan Opera Theatre is the main road of the area, which is also a section of risk

road because of better road conditions, large traffic and pedestrian and the long

downhill. Installed speed bump on the downhill road; set signs of slow down, speed

identification and installed automatic speed measuring device; constructed crossover

2. High-risk building fire safety promotion program

There are 149 high-rise buildings including hospitals, hotels, residential, etc. in

the area. The risk of fire is relatively high. Renhe Subdistrict adopt the formation of

the Fire three with high-rise buildings for the division units and conduct the

implementation of community-sophisticated management mechanism and also

improve fire protection facilities and equipment; Working with Fire Brigade to

investigate hidden danger of the high-rise buildings quarterly and organize high-rise

Injury Surveillance：Enforcement departments

1. First People's Hospital in Northern New Zone is responsible for the records

and statistics of the injured person to the hospital;

2. The Order Maintenance office of the Patrol Police Detachment in Northern

New Zone is responsible for the statistics of traffic injury cases within the jurisdiction

of Renhe.

3. The Police Station is responsible for the statistics of accidental injury resulting

in death and Security cases;

4. Fire Brigade of Northern New Zone is responsible for statistics and the various

types of fire accidents occurred in the area;

5. Families, the elderly, the school program team are respectively responsible for

the collection and statistics of the accidents and injury information. First People's

Hospital in Northern New Zone is responsible for monitoring and getting family

security injury cases. School doctors in 17 primary and secondary schools

(kindergarten) in the area collect student injury cases.

6. Injury Surveillance Working Group is responsible for collecting and

analysing injury statistics from hospital, departments, program group and reporting to

Committee Development office of safe community of Renhe subdistrict.
