What is this course all about?• AVI30316 Cert III in Aviation (Remote Pilot –Visual Line of Sight) course will provide you with:• A CASA Remote Pilots licence – RePL• A CASA licence to operate an aeronautical radio ‐AROC
• A CASA English Language Proficiency Test Certification ‐ ELP
• A nationally recognised qualification to give you the skills to operate as a commercial pilot of a UAV.
• You will be able to operate a UAV/ drone in day VFR conditions

What if I don’t want work as a drone pilot as a career?• The course will train you to be a drone pilot but it also opens up other opportunities and your skills will be in demand:• If you want to be a helicopter pilot or a airline pilot you will have already completed key subjects like Met, Nav, Human Factors etc – at a much lower cost
• If you want to be involved in other areas of the aviation industry you will gain licences and experience which will be very valuable to employers
• Many industries want people with skills and experience in drones to assist in the development of drones in their industry. It could be a key secondary skill which gives you the edge in many careers
• For many roles, your skills and qualifications will be attractive even if you are not employed solely as a pilot. Eg policing, emergency services, the military,
