Deployment
NPA Media Group Australia utilizes a well-designed project methodology that gives importance to each and every phase of the project life cycle. We assess and take all the necessary steps required to successfully complete the project to our client’s satisfaction. In our approach, we incorporate the best practices that are widely accepted industry standards for analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and support.
Major phases of our proposed approach:
Process & Work Method

This NPA Media Group Australia Proposal enlists our high level work plan for the project phase-by-phase and we identify the primary deliverables created as a result of each of the activities.
During the project development, we will be working closely with the Intermedic’s staff and make our best possible effort to ensure no or minimum disruptions in staff schedule and participation required for the project. We foresee that more staff participation may be required during the early stages of the project, which is why we would expect that we have access to the key stakeholders who possess the necessary knowledge to understand the primary requirements and the target audience for this web project.
For any project, a certain level of risk is involved. However, the key to successful completion of the project is to ensure that the team is fully aware of the potential risks and remains proactive in managing the project.

Web projects are often influenced by the stakeholders involved – collecting information from stakeholders and gaining a common consensus may be difficult and time consuming. We request that the Intermedic assigns a person-in-charge or the authority to make the final decision in such matters. In addition, NPA Media Group Australia proposes to mitigate this risk by using a common project dashboard as a central database for all project documentation and communication. All stakeholders and NPA Media Group Australia team will be given access to this dashboard and the posts will be carefully monitored and analysed to come to a common conclusion.
In our experience, most projects of this nature depend on timely and accurate migration of the content to the new site. NPA Media Group Australia proposes to mitigate this risk by providing early access to Intermedic’s staff and training them to start migration of the content at the earliest.
2. Critical Decision Making
3. Accurate and Timely Content Migration.
1. Integration Challenges
Our experience with some other similar projects demonstrates that organizational resources for web hosting are scarce and often limited. To mitigate this risk, we propose to develop the web solution on our own development server while our technical team works with Intermedic’s staff to install, configure and test the working solution in your current work environment. Once the necessary setups are complete, we will proceed with deployment of the web solution from our environment to the Intermedic’s servers and test the same.
Based on our previous experiences in dealing with similar web projects, we perceive the following risks involved in the successful completion of this project:

We work hard on accurate content delivery as we focus on the target audience and develop detailed uses cases on the type of content format needed for the different types of visitors on the site. Leveraging this information, we develop well-planned wireframes for each of the landing pages on the website. We, then, use these wireframes to verify and validate that the right information is presented to the right person and in the right format.
We have observed that the most common risk in website design and development projects is that once the stakeholders see the functionalities and features of the new system, they seek to expand the project scope and requirements. NPA Media Group Australia proposes to mitigate this risk at the initial stages of the project – when the project scope is being identified and the requirements are defined by the client.

INITIATION
ANALYSIS
Over the years we’ve developed a repeatable, efficient process for developing medium to large sized web sites. These web projects are usually completed in one iteration in about 6 to 10 months. The process we’ve developed involves considerable interaction with and feedback from the client throughout the project. The below schedule is based on a short development time frame. From your Project Request.
