Objectives Fuel Level can be monitored by two ways
Digital Capacitive Fuel Sensor
Ultrasonic Fuel Sensor
Remote Monitoring System will monitor consumption of fuel level, CPH, Energy
Generated and DG Run Hour
Alarms/Alerts for Fuel Refilling, Fuel theft, DG ON and OFF status, DG Low Battery
and Low Fuel Level
Easy way to use Web/Mobile Monitoring Tool to remotely monitor the DG Set in real
time
Historical report including Consumption patterns, DG Runtime, Alarm History etc..,
available as a data repository in the Central Web Server
The End to End product is developed by Energywin, so the device can be customized
and modified as per the customer requirement
Solution Component Summary
The DG Monitoring Unit contains the followingcomponents
Fuel Sensor
RTU (Remote Terminal Unit)
ACEM (3Ph-AC Energy Meter) – Add On*
Web Application: Web Interface with integrateddata base and reporting engine
Mobile Application: Mobile Notification and real-time monitoring
Note: a) ACEM can be installed only when the fuel tank is inside the DG Unitb) If the DG is already having ACEM which can be integrated to our monitoring system by RS485c) ACEM is used to calculate the power generated by DG

Solution Communication Overview
Features of Ultrasonic Fuel Sensor Ultrasonic Level sensing technology.
Fuel level measurement: in height (mm), in volume (liters) and in percentage of total tank capacity.
Measurement Accuracy <= 1.5 mm (< 0.25 liters for tank with length of 500mm and width of 500mm).
Detection of pilferages of fuel from tank.
Detection refilling of the fuel.
Detection of DG Start and Stop with inbuilt accelerometer.
Provision for adjustment of the length of sensor using a flange.
Operating temperature range -10 to +60 degrees.
Designed to power from DG Battery voltage (12V).
Completely sealed to prevent any fuel ingress into the sensor electronics
