PREDICT26th April 2012Dear SirI would like to complain in the strongest possible terms about children skateboarding in the shopping centre car park every evening. It is impossible to park your car without it being damaged by these hooligans who have no respect for their elders or other people’s property.I have already contacted the police to make more regular patrols of the area but it seems that they are “too busy” to bother. The parents of these children should be forced to pay for the damage that they inflict on other people’s property.

Sincerely

J Harris
