PROBLEM: FAILURE OF EXISTING DETERIORATED MEMBRANE

• Severe and numerous cracks throughout the roof

• Water leaks & subsequent damage to rooms below

SOLUTION: SPRAY APPLIED LIQUID RUBBER MEMBRANE OVER EXISTING MEMBRANE

Extensive preparation by the F.E.W Team providing a seamless & flexible waterproof membrane without removal of the existing damaged surface.

ABOUT LIQUID RUBBER

Liquid Rubber

ABOUT RUBBER MEMBRANE SYSTEM

Spray applied Liquid Rubber can overcoat existing damaged membranes. This is a cost effective and fast method for roof projects requiring remedial waterproofing membranes.

We further wish to advise that the Liquid Rubber Membrane System is SEAMLESS as it is sprayed out in one continuous layer - which does not leak after a period of cyclic movement.
