How is the Market?

In Marbella during the fourth quarter of 2013,

998 homes were sold, which means an increa-

se of 20.9% over the same period last year. The

main reason for this increase is the continuous

adjustment of prices in recent years, attracting

international buyers.

Standard and Poor's considers

overvalued homes

The rating agency believes that homes in Spain

are overvalued by between 9% and 18% com-

pared with the level of household income. At

the same time, the firm predicts that the value

of property in Spain will fall 2% this year.

Increases to 10 years the average

time of possession of houses

With the arrival of the crisis have changed less
