Duplex Housing Construction

Full Utilization of San Carlos ICEB Enviro-blox

The Project is Assisting 300 Families or 1,800 Individuals

A community-led effort facilitated by ICEB-trained community workers.

A finished housing product where the land component is donated by private individuals.

Total savings generated ranges from 35-40% through earth-based construction technology.

A 50 square meter-duplex housing unit with a P220,000 total package cost or P110,000 per unit cost without the land component.

Proposal to POGS National and Regional Components:To build ten (10) in Cag ayan de Oro and ten (10) houses in Iligan City underThe names of POGS at P 110,000.00 per unit.Total Cost: P 2.4 Million.
