G1 Release notes

Accounting• Corrected an issue that caused incorrect values

to be listed in the Accounting Sales Exports, if multiple Order Item refunds were processed for a single order

Reporting• Corrected an issue with the Sales report which caused taxes to report incorrectly, if multiple Order Item

refunds were processed for a single order

Cart agreements• Added the ability to create Cart Agreements, which will be printed along with Order receipts on the G1

Desktop platform. The following designations are available: • Print one Cart Agreement for each Cart on an Order • Print one Cart Agreement for each Order that includes a cart

• New order work-flow coming to the G1 platform in early May 2019. If you would like to have the new order work-flow enabled prior to May 2019, please reach out to Partner support at 844-800-4653

No Shows• Released the ability to force No Shows to be

mandatory when canceling a booking. This is available under System Configuration | Mandatory No Show reasons and select Yes or No• Yes: The No Show reason for cancellation pops

up every time when a user selects “Cancel Booking” on the tee sheet

• No: The No Show reason for cancellation never pops up when a user selects “Cancel Booking” on the tee sheet
