• Pignano spa is open daily from 10 am to 8 pm • Gym is open daily 24/7

We understand you may need to change your schedule. We ask that you give us a minimum notice of 6 working hours. Appointments cancelled within 2 hours will incur 50% cancellation fee. No Show’ will incur full payment.

To ensure you enjoy your time with us and receive the full benefits of your Spa experience, we ask you to arrive at least 10 minutes ahead of your scheduled time.

If you arrive late for a scheduled appointment, you will receive the best experience within the remaining appointment time.Please note that it may be necessary to decrease your treatment time with respect to the next reservation. Full costs remain applicable.

Please inform Pignano Spa reception at the moment of your booking and your therapist if you have any know medical conditions, ailments, allergies or are taking any medication.

All guests must be 16 years of age and above.

Lockers are provided, however we recommended that you arrive at our Spa without your valuables. Neither Pignano Spa will accept responsibility for any loss or damage of any kind.

Treatment focus on a deep relaxation, starting with a foot ritual following a 50 minutes massage with lavander oil and a regenarating face mask.

Decongestant, exfoliating and invigorating tonic body with basil will have an illuminating and emollient action, suitable before sun exposure. Visibly improves the appearance of “off’ skin by giving brightness.

Honey fights the effects of aging on the skin, has excellent emollient, regenerating and nourishing properties. Strengthens the skin’s defenses and protects against adverse weather conditions such as smog and low temperatures.
