Fitness CenterThe Fitness Center, Aerobics Room and Pilates Studio are located inside the Spa. Guests must be at least 14 years of age.

There is a fitness class schedule available for members and residents. We offer classes in yoga, Pilates, body sculpting, dance, spin, and water aerobics. The state-of-the-art Fitness Center is equipped with the top-of-the-line Cybex weight training machines and cardiovascular equipment with individual Personal Viewing Screens. Outdoor facilities include lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, a basketball court and beach volleyball.

Cancellation PolicyAs a courtesy to other guests and our therapists, please inform us four hours prior to your appointment if you must cancel or reschedule. “No shows” or cancellations made within four hours prior to an appointment will be charged full value of the treatment. To accommodate all of our guests, we ask that you please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Late clients will receive the time remaining of their treatment.

GENERAL INFORMATIONThe Spa features locker rooms, steam, sauna and showers. Complimentary herbal tea, water and fresh fruit are available. A Spa robe and slippers will be provided for your spa experience. Out of consideration for all members and their guests, cell phone use is not permitted in the Spa. Our Spa team is available should you need assistance. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the service area or treatment rooms.
