RELATIONSHIP TO THE CONCEPT

Basically, the concept is related with Entrepreneurship & Small Business.

The strategy of a company is very poor & poorly quality of workers were assign in the

organization. There is a negative aspect of working. The company doesn’t have plan. More of the workers, employers are not fully satisfied.

The manager of the company (SID STEVENS) feels aggrieved(insult) by other employees.

Decreasing disrespectability. It could hinder (delay)

the success of the company. Although the promotion was granted to employees but after a long period of time. No motivation was given to workers.
