We offer a variety of reinforced
Laminates , with a no of substrates
These are useful in the manufacture of
Specialty Tapes for HVAC Insulation
Transfer adhesive Tapes
High strength packaging tapes
And lot many other applications
The applications of Flexible Laminates
We find these flexible laminates are being used for various
applications , such as
1. For Flexible packaging
2. For sealing
3. For Insulation – Thermal , Electrical
Due to some specific requirements these laminates could
need some extra strength , without sacrificing the flexibility
And hence some reinforcements are necessary

Various types of reinforcements are
• A laid scrim looks like a grid or lattice. It is made from continuous filament products (yarns). Kirson produces rectangular scrims exclusively. In order to keep the yarns in the desired right-angled position it is necessary to join these yarns together. In contrast to woven products the fixation of the warp and weft yarns in laid scrims must be done by chemical bonding. Scrims are used to reinforce many different materials and products.

Case Liners
case liners:
Heavy duty moisture proof case liners,
interleaving and wrapping
Two direction reinforcing fibres for tear and
puncture resistance

• Two layers flexible laminate
Polyester film+presspaper
• Class E insulation (120℃)
UL recognition
• High mechanical strength and
excellent dielectric property

Electrical Insulation laminates
Three layers flexible laminate
Inner layer: Mylar
Outer layers: Nomex paper
• Class F insulation (155℃)
UL recognition
• High mechanical strength and good compatibility
with insulation varnish
• As slot, interturn and liner insulation
Moistop Barrier Foils Moistop barrier
foils are highly technical laminates
designed to provide the strength and
protection required for the packing of
moisture sensitive objects, foodstuffs
and bulk chemicals. Please see below
products in the range, and for further
information, contact us using the details
at the bottom of the page.
Reinforced Bitumen Laminate, Black Polyethylene Coated
is a bitumen bonded wet-strength kraft paper laminate reinforced
with a glass multifilament fibre scrim, coated on one face with a
black polyethylene coating.
It is a heavy duty product used in demanding end-uses such as
lidding export cases and for protecting industrial components
where a water shedding surface is desirable.
Construction
It is a flexible, tough material with one face of unbleached (brown)
paper, the other with a black polythene coating, reinforced with a
regular, grid pattern reinforcing.
Bubble wrap is the trademarked name for a packing material
consisting of two plastic sheets laminated together in a way that
traps air bubbles in small, uniform pockets. This plastic sheet
assembly is used as a flexible cushion to protect fragile objects
during storage or shipping. The name Bubble wrap is registered by
Sealed Air Corporation of Saddle Brook, New Jersey, however the
name has become synonymous with the packaging material itself.
Similar materials are known in the industry as cushioning
laminates.
