Improvement Opportunities• Stop the introductions!! Handouts for each person.• Q&A created more questions and doubt.• Main Room too small for group• Show good examples in addition to bad ones• Posts blocked view• Workshops should be mandatory, intros a waste of time,

AS9101 pitch should have been longer.• Downtown areas expensive and hard to navigate.• Sign-in process could be better organized. Have

individual copies of case studies.
