Mission There are very few Canadian athletes who have developed a technically sound shot that is effective in game pressure situations. The intent of OTB is to provide the physical and mental skills and conditioning necessary to become a great shooter, and ultimately, an impact player. This camp will provide (1) proper set and jump shot technique, (2) visualization and mental focus strategies, and (3) strength and conditioning.
The Gun OTB will utilize The GUN (shooting machine) at most practice sessions. The Gun is sure to improve each camper’s footwork, shooting arc, shooting speed, confidence as a result of repetition, and cure inconsistencies.
