during the administration of a test?"

9. Click the ACT Terms and Conditions link if you wish to view the terms and conditions

for Test Center Workers.

10. Click the I accept option.

11. Respond to the question "Have you been or will you be either an item writer or an item

reviewer?

Click the No option if you will not work as an item writer or reviewer.

Click the Yes option if you will perform such work.

Note: If 'Yes' you will also need to accept the terms and conditions for that type of work.

If you reside outside the United States, select your country from the Country list of
