Terms and conditions of participation■ Presentation length should be no more than 20 minutes.

Presentations must be in powerpoint in the format 16:9.■ A maximum of five minutes is allowed for discussion

following each presentation. There will also be a “Speakers’ Corner”, where visitors interested in a specific topic can discuss issues in greater depth with the speakers.

■ Presentations may be given in German or English. ■ Participation in the Forum is free of charge for visitors and exhibitors. No fees can be paid to speakers.■ Please submit your proposal using our online

registration form.■ After all the proposals have been submitted to our program

committee for consideration, you will be informed of the committee’s decision.

■ We reserve the right to edit the content of your presentation to conform with the guidelines for the congress program; any changes will, of course, be discussed with you first.

■ Exhibitors at SurfaceTechnology GERMANY 2020 will be given priority in the selection of talks for the program.

■ Submission of the registration form does not guarantee participation in the Forum.
