Registration Stage • Register your company via VORS • Decide on the work category/product group. • Upon successful registration, vendors will be invited to participate

in the respective category.

Market Analysis • Conduct EOI to determine potential vendors. • BSJV conduct pre-qualification for vendors who has expressed

interest. • Tender Opportunities are available at the BSP LBD website.

Tender Stage • Issue Tender to approve bid list. • Conduct Tender Briefing to vendors. • Vendors can seek tender clarifications via EMPTORIS. • Vendors are expected to submit tender documentation in accordance to

Section C of the Tender.

Evaluation Stage • Three main types of tender evaluation – Technical, LBD and

Commercial • Clarifications resulted will be communicated between BSJV and
