Offer consultancy to potential client from industrial sector, in order to sale theme water treatment solutions. The Position is for Vest region( Banat, Crisana, Maramures, Transilvania), and is under the management of Sales and Marketing Manager. Requirements Experience in sales 3-5 years; Experience in sales to industrial sector ( product or services) 3- 5 years; Experience in high value sales and long sales cycle; Experience in solution sales; Engineering or scientific background ; Experience in water treatment solutions will be considered an advantage; Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills; Able to travel more than 50% of the time at regional level; Utilize consultative sales strategies demonstrating effective questioning techniques, acquisition of new information, and insight into problems/needs of client to generate viable solutions which consider technical, analytical and organizational needs; must be able to quickly understand a client's business processes and strategies; Highly motivated, independent, self-starter that requires minimal direction; Ability to take personal action to pursue goals; Work closely with internal support teams, leveraging their support and expertise to grow partnerships and implement new solutions; [email protected] [email protected] www.4tree.ro
