The Partnership • Excellent Learning point – Client data sharing protocol required. Initiate construction focus early Marketing & Communication• Highly effective for both employer and Job seeker. Learning point - phenomenal response, resource intensive.
Bullring Bus and Outreach • Highly successful in raising the profile of Bullring jobs in local communities. Learning point – don’t launch too early! Training • 2000 people received effective training.Learning point – Consider more localised training.
Processes• Central coordination worked well for Employers, but less so for Job Seekers .Learning point - In future Hubs management responsibility for clients will remain with the originating or local intermediary.
