You have made an outstanding choice to move to Toll Brothers’ first active-adult community in Southern Nevada, where you will experience true neighborhood values and lasting relationships. I am here to assist you in enjoying each day at your new home and clubhouse. I have many years of experience in event planning and maintaining on-going activities in active adult communities. My goal is to make sure you have opportunities that keep you active, relaxed, and overall feel good. I am the “cruise director” on your journey! Our project managers are working diligently on your clubhouse and fitness center, which are scheduled to open in late 2016. The 22,000-square-foot clubhouse will include a community center grand lounge for socializing with neighbors, two multipurpose rooms that open to the great room for larger community events, a loaning library with computer stations and printers, a demonstration kitchen for events and classes, and a one-mile loop around the clubhouse for walks and talks. The fitness center has a cardio and strength training room with state-of-the-art fitness equipment, an indoor pool and spa with men’s and women’s locker rooms, showers and a steam room, an outdoor pool and spa, bocce courts, pickleball courts, tennis courts, and a fitness room for group fitness classes including Zumba, strength training, yoga, and cardio. Before our clubhouse is complete, I am planning monthly mixers and events off-site at our Design Center, local restaurants, Red Rock Casino, and Downtown Summerlin. We will also enjoy on-site events in our models and outdoor space. Once the clubhouse opens, we have indoor and outdoor entertaining space that we can utilize for resident events to bring the neighbors together and create a community. I will also assist in connecting residents who have like interests such as tennis, bocce, pickleball, languages, games, gardening, golf, travel, genealogy, computer technology, and hiking. Additionally, I am planning seminars and presentations in the areas of fitness and health, asset management, and more. Finally, we will enjoy off-site field trips to cultural events, sightseeing venues, farmers’ markets, and fitness activities. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have questions or input or want to find out more about a local event or restaurant. I am here to help! Welcome to Regency—welcome home! SUMMER 2016

THE GOOD LIFE IN AN ACTIVE-ADULT 55+ COMMUNITY

By Heather Kalayjian, Executive Director, Events & Activities

WELCOME TO REGENCY AT SUMMERLIN!

The fitness center has a cardio and strength training room with state-of-the-art fitness equipment, an indoor pool and spa with men’s and women’s locker rooms, showers and a steam room, an

outdoor pool and spa, bocce courts, pickleball courts, tennis courts, and a fitness room for group fitness classes including Zumba, strength training, yoga, and cardio.

FORTUNE “WORLD’S MOST ADMIRED COMPANIES®” RANKED TOLL BROTHERS A TOP TEN COMPANY

BY ATTRIBUTES FOR QUALITY OF PRODUCTS/SERVICES, AND #1 HOMEBUILDER WORLDWIDE*.

Ernie Alegre, Senior Sales Manager

Ernie has worked for Toll Brothers for 10 years selling the communities of Traccia, Barcelona, Fairway Hills, Santaluz, and Montecito, which are all located in the master plan of Summerlin. His expertise in Summerlin helps Toll Brothers buyers pick the ultimate home site, floor plan, and elevation in Regency.

In addition to his years with Toll Brothers, Ernie gained extensive sales experience selling new homes and condominium conversions for an independent marketing company, and working at several resorts on the Las Vegas Strip trained him to provide excellent customer service and build lasting, loyal relationships.

Colleen McCullough, Senior Sales Manager

Colleen has been in real estate for almost 20 years. She began her career selling the active-adult lifestyle with Del Webb’s Sun City MacDonald Ranch and Sun City Anthem in Henderson. In 2004, Colleen joined Toll Brothers as the Sales Manager for Serrano and Palomar, two beautiful communities in the

Paseos of Summerlin. Colleen sold Toll Brothers homes in the master plan of Inspirada prior to joining the Regency team.

As the daughter of a retired lieutenant general of the U.S. Air Force, Colleen appreciates change. Having moved almost every year of her childhood, she has a unique understanding of the opportunities that moving provides, whether that means moving across the country or down the street!

Shasta Raintree, Sales Manager

Shasta worked for Toll Brothers from 2001 through 2006. During that time, she sold homes in Wood Glen, Monterossa, and Traccia, which are all located in Summerlin— thus making Shasta a Summerlin expert. Rejoining the Toll Brothers team in 2015, she helped open Altura in the Paseos Village of Summerlin before she joined the Regency at Summerlin team.

Shasta moved to Las Vegas in 1977 from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She enjoys the weather, year-round outdoor activities, and diversity of the people who visit and move to Las Vegas from all over the world.

Jim Lobland, Sales Greeter

Jim Lobland is proud to have recently joined Toll Brothers and is especially excited about being

a part of the team at Regency in Summerlin. Working in new home sales since he moved to Las Vegas in 1995, Jim has experienced the incredible growth of Las Vegas since then.
