Such items will be removed to the Lost Property Office. At the end of Regatta, all remaining lost property will be held at Regatta Headquarters until the end of August. Dogs Assistance dogs only are permitted in the Enclosures. Regatta Enclosure Badge Your Badge is valid for one day and includes restricted access to the Boat Tent Area. There is no admission charge for children under 14 years of age when accompanied by an adult. Badges Held for Collection 1 Please collect from the Sales kiosk situated at the entrance to the Regatta Enclosure. Dress Code There is no formal dress code and the atmosphere is relaxed. Mobile Telephones You may use your mobile telephone. Racing Views We offer seating beside the riverbank and an open grandstand. Catering Facilities We provide a licensed bar and restaurant facilities offering a wide range of fresh food, including sandwiches, baguettes, seafood and traditional British fare. Lunch and Tea Reservations If you are looking for something a little more special to enhance your day, you can reserve a table for lunch or afternoon tea. Telephone bookings can be made directly with our caterer on 01242 541599. Further catering facilities can be found at Café Regatta. 17 STEWARDS' ENCLOSURE YOUR VISIT – GENERAL INFORMATION REGATTA ENCLOSURE This is a private enclosure for the benefit of Members and Guests. As such, please ensure that you adhere to the Rules of the Stewards’ Enclosure at all times. Stewards’ Enclosure Badge Personal metal badges and card badges may not be transferred or sold and any badges that are lost, damaged or unavailable for whatever reason will not be replaced free of charge. Babies and children under the age of 10 will not be admitted but are welcome in the Regatta Enclosure. Badges Held for Collection 14 Please collect from the outside counter at the Badge Office. Dress Code Gentlemen are required to wear lounge suits, jackets or blazers with flannels, and a tie or cravat. Ladies are required to wear dresses or skirts with a hemline below the knee and will not be admitted wearing divided skirts, culottes or trousers of any kind. Whilst not a requirement, it is customary for ladies to wear hats. No one will be admitted to the Stewards’ Enclosure wearing shorts or jeans. The dress code also applies to children who are old enough to be in the Enclosure. Members and Guests not complying with the dress code will be refused entry. Please do not embarrass yourself or your Guests by attempting to flout the rules. Mobile Telephones Talking on mobile telephones is forbidden. OptionalIf you arrive on the A4130 from London or Wargrave, you may be prevented from turning right into Leander Way due to the volume of traffic. This may result in you being directed over Henley Bridge and around the one-way system in Henley.

You are forbidden to try to gain admission to the Car Parks via Leander Way. You must go around the one-way system via Remenham Church Lane.

Your route in not effected before 4.00pm

P and P labels will be obliged to follow the one-way system through Remenham. Exit via Leander Way is prohibited. You are also forbidden to turn right at the Remenham Lane junction with the A4130.

If you wish to return to Henley Bridge, the recommended route is via Cockpole Green and the Wargrave Road (A321). Follow the temporary signs.

If you need to reach more distant areas in Oxfordshire you are better advised to follow the A4130 to the Marlow Bypass (A404) and use alternative routes to your destination.

These are the recommended routes for each car park.

These may differ from routes shown on satellite navigation systems.

Follow the traffic signs for your label.

The one-way traffic system changes at 4.00pm daily.

Failure to obey the mandatory road traffic signs that enforce the temporary traffic orders will render you liable to prosecution.

Remember to allow additional time for your journey.
