Iwan Tirta Home aspires to create a very special atmosphere through authentic and timeless

designs that is rooted from the philosophy of the Indonesian batik. Each masterpiece has its own

story and handcrafted by Indonesia’s finest artisans.

Teaming up with architect & interior decorator Hidajat Endramukti, Iwan Tirta Home creates its

first collection “Regalia” - translating the sumptuous Iwan Tirta batik pattern into home collection

pieces for those who appreciate the high values of workmanship and design.

Through Iwan Tirta Home, the timeless spirit of Iwan Tirta along with his storied batik legacy and

traditions will continue its relevance for decades to come.

PALEMBANGAN SERIES‘Lakuer’ is one of Indonesia’s art and cultural heritage which is now increasingly difficult to find even in its origin in Palembang. ‘Lakuer’ or ‘leker’, adapted from English, is ‘lacquer’ which means resin material produced by insects.

We create a masterpiece by giving the touch of the maestro through our distinctive motif, Phoenix. Phoenix motif is acculturated by Chinese culture and it is believed to be the symbol of a wise leader.
