Registration Timeline and Other Information

Forms must be returned to your counselor by Wednesday, March 20th. (write alt classes on form)

Registration forms must be complete with all necessary signatures or your courses will not be guaranteed. Must obtain teacher’s signature for math and science

Physics, or Chemistry H) 3 to 4 years of science are Strongly

recommended-- FTHS STUDENTS MUST TAKE SCIENCE IN GRADE 11!

College Testing “starts” with the PSATThe PSAT is offered the 3rd Saturday in

Summer School If you have earned an F in a class required for

graduation, you need to go to summer school.

If you earned a D grade and you need to “make it up” for college, see your counselor in April about going to summer school

Summer school will be held at Ventura High, Buena High, and El Camino and sign-ups will be in April

Summer Enrichment Programs UC Summer Programs offer slice of campus life,

academic challenges, chance to have a college experience

Look in the Media Center and/or the Scholarship Updates for more summer programs.

Talk with your parents, teachers and counselors to choose classes.

These will be the classes you have all year next year!

All registration material is due on Wednesday, MARCH 20th. Return the form with all required signatures to your Counselor Online registration must also be completed by Wednesday, March 20th!
